Which facility has drive-up storage?
Traditional drive-up storage is at 1983 Farrar Drive. It is not climate controlled.
Which facility has climate-controlled storage?
2184 Farrar Drive has indoor and selected outside-access climate-controlled units.
What size storage unit do I need?
Start with the size guide. If you are between sizes, give us a call and we will help you think it through.
Can I store a vehicle or trailer?
Measure the length, width, and height first, including the trailer, tongue, and hitch. Then call us to confirm the unit and door.
Temperature and Humidity Control
What does the climate facility manage?
At 2184, heating and cooling, six commercial dehumidifiers, winter steam humidification, and sensors help manage the indoor environment.
Is the temperature exact?
The normal range is 68 to 74°F and 45 to 55% humidity. Josh gets an alert if it drifts.
Are outside-access units climate controlled?
Selected outside-access units at 2184 are climate controlled. The traditional drive-up units at 1983 are not.
Access Codes, Office Visits and Move-In
Can I access my unit 24/7?
Both facilities have 24/7 gate access for tenants. Keep your account current to keep using the gate.
Where is the office?
The shared office is at 2184 Farrar Drive. It is open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with weekends by appointment.
Can I rent online and how do I get my key?
Yes. Pick your facility, choose a unit, and rent or reserve online. Then call or stop by the office to get your key.
What if the size I want is full?
Use the rental page to choose your facility, then join the waiting list for the next unit that opens up.
Monthly Billing, Payments and Fees
How do I pay my bill?
Tap Pay / Log In, pick your facility, and log in.
Can I reserve a unit?
Yes. Reserve online with a small deposit that goes toward your first month.
How does the first payment work?
You pay the first full month when you rent. Your second month is prorated to line up with the regular billing date.
Locks, Pest Control and What You Can Store
Do I need my own lock?
A high-security lock comes with your rental at the drive-up facility.
Is there regular pest control?
Yes. Both facilities are treated every quarter.
What should I know about fees, insurance, and prohibited items?
Your rental agreement covers the details, and the office is happy to walk you through it.
